IssuePossible Corrections
Panel does not load, and no error logs are produced
  • This is due to a firewall blocking access between the PSIcapture server and the Toshiba MFD.
Scan files do not appear in the destination directory
  • The share for the directory needs to allow read/write access for the user assigned to the panel’s application pool in IIS. 
The panel is unable to read the configuration database
  • The maintenance application is open and actively using the database. Use the maintenance application during times when scan operators are not using the panel.
  • Directory security is blocking access to the file. Make sure the share for the database’s directory allows read/write access.
