Exports batch data to Paradatec Proser-AIDA
Export Location
The Storage Location specifies the directory that Export file will be written to when outputting from this system. It is recommended that a different Storage Location be used for each Capture Profile.
Specify an Export/Storage Location by selecting one from the drop down list or by selection “New”. NOTE: Storage Locations can also be defined in the “Storage” tab on the Main Configuration Dialog as covered in the System Configuration Storage section of this manual.
New
A new Storage Location can be defined by pressing the ‘New’ button, which will open the Storage Location Definition dialog below. When the new Storage Location is saved, it will be added to the list of Storage Locations and will be automatically selected for the user.
Native Batch Export
Exports batch data from the applications native batch format. NOTE: This format does not support Auto Import.

Form Storm Batch Export
Exports batch data to a new Charactell FormStorm job.

Enter the FormStorm Client Installation Directory
Enter the Server Name / IP Address
Enter the desired FormStorm System
Enter User and Password
Select Login
Select Wait for Recognition to complete
Select Validate after Recognition
XML Batch Export
Exports batch data to XML format with optional XSL transform.

Select Clear or Load to process an XSL Transform file.
